According to the story Sutton and his passenger were both seriously injured and taken to local hospitals following the traffic accident. The bus, which was carrying 30 students, was hit at 3:30 p.m. by Sutton’s Toyota. No one was injured seriously on the school bus but some passengers were treated for minor injuries.
