Kevin Comny had his driver license suspended 17 years ago for a DUI and had been additionally charged with driving as a habitual offender and possession of a controlled substance. Things could be getting worse for the 46-year-old. Police in Hernando County pulled over Comny when his white van was spotted swerving. Upon being stopped, Comny was given field sobriety tests, which showed he was impaired according to the police. He was arrested and charged with DUI. Blood alcohol tests showed no alcohol in his system but deputies report they found prescription painkillers in his van.
